The win was a little down-to-the-wire for my taste, but yay!

WAY too down-to-the-wire! What’s up, Julian?! Missing BOTH free throws! Could you GIVE me a heart attack?

You really look like Charlotte from Sex and the City in this pic. Though, I doubt she would ever wear just a t-shirt.

(I have no idea what your t-shirt means, but from the comments, basketball, I gather?)

Kansas basketball. Good stuff. And yes, the Charlotte comparison used to be a daily occurrence, but it’s died down since the show ended. :)

Love the shirt, I’m sporting my pink Kansas shirt with pride today. Thought I was either going to have to take it off or be willing to hear “oh man! they almost won” comments all day. It worked out okay, but as my husband so brilliantly stated, that game took a year off my life!

Watch out for the Bruins – they are looking tough. Wow, great win by KU, and I’m happy for you! (even at the expense of seeing my alma matter knocked out) Anyway, keep feeling good about it. Up until they face team… you know those guys in powder blue, who stole your coach. Look for another banner to be hanging in Chapel Hill!! :)

P.S. You might want to go check out Perfomancing’s website!

Well, well, well, I think the game was best classified by 81 year old Norma Ewing in the Journal World, “We’re all worn out,” she acknowledged after the game, smiling in her seat a few rows behind the KU bench at HP Pavilion. “But I feel blessed.”

    Sarah!
Your blogroll rocks. Your About is a hoot. Your funnysmartsnippy attitude is the perfect tonic for a vodka morning. I hope you’ll give me a chanced to entertain you just as much at Very Short Novels. How much can it hurt to try? Just 299 words each!

Christ, Whoorl, your Jayhawks had me thinking my bracket was blown for a little while there. I may have even kicked something and thought of you. Wait, that didn’t come out right…

Tell me they’re practicing free throws right now, Whoorl, tell me they are!!

We were sooooo jumping around during that game. I might need some meds if they play another tight game like that. As a matter of fact we are driving out to Clifton KS today to visit family. GO JAYHAWKS !

    Oh yeah nice pic !

I have to admit, I was cheering for SIU (purely based on geography) but GOOD LORD was that game a nailbiter. I love close games! Hope you survived without a minor coronary.
