First and foremost, I’m trying not to be the “I told you so” type, but to all my family and close friends, I TOLD YOU SO! I knew it. I knew it. I knew it! Mama Whoorl is quite intuitive, folks. Too bad Papa Whoorl didn’t possess the same instincts.
Ok, the time has come! Let’s take a gander at the ultrasound photos.
Awwww, look how cute!!
Crossing the legs, just like Daddy.
Count ’em, five little fingers.
And the Piece de Resistance…DRUMROLL, PLEASE….

Wootness aside for a moment, how on EARTH do you read these things?? They just look like Rorshach ink blots to me. I can’t see anything but a little bean in some.

February 6, 2006 at 8:48 amSweet–congrats! It looks like your ultrasound was done at the right time! I think mine was a little late (24 weeks) and the baby was much more cramped. Her head was shoved between the placenta and my tummy and they never got quite the money shot little whorlito showed off.
I see you and Jege are already plotting the hook-up. Just keep me posted :)
Stacy–they’re really cool to see. If you know of someone having an ultrasound to see the baby–go! At times, the spine looked like a huge row of teeth (i was looking at the monitor from the side) and it was really scary! Also, when you actually see them moving the wand around, it looks much more cool and like a baby. The pix never do it justice.
Little Whorlito is already quite photogenic though! Congrats again mom :)
