Well, well, well. It’s already started, my friends. I know most of the country is under a sheet of ice right now, but it’s a balmy 75 degrees here and I’m already thinking of beach bonfires and cocktails on patios overlooking the ocean.
Silk Halter Top – $45, Martin & Osa
I want the orange one. Or the red. No, I want the navy one to wear with my white jeans and apple green sandals this spring.
(p.s. – I can’t stand it when people’s sunglasses don’t rest on the bridge of their nose. Do you know what I’m talking about? Like when someone smiles and the sunglasses move with the person’s cheekbones? SEE ABOVE.)

January 15, 2009 at 3:54 pmYou are, for sure, trying to put things in my head that I really cannot afford right now… but this top is LOVELY!

January 15, 2009 at 4:39 pmThe glasses bug you but the hair-storm doesn’t? If it’s THAT windy, should she really be wearing a tank?

January 15, 2009 at 7:00 pmI love the navy-white-green combo I’m picturing. Now tell me, what kind of bra do you wear with this top? I just had a breast reduction in November and will finally able to wear stuff like this now! Would you go strapless here? You wouldn’t go braless in silk would you?

January 15, 2009 at 8:04 pmI’m doing the same thing…no unnecessary purchases for this girl either! This could be very difficult…I feel your pain!

January 15, 2009 at 9:57 pmI was in the store today (my favorite of all stores, by the way) and did not see that shirt or that fabulous necklace…
Have you noticed the low priced Gorjana jewelry they have? Awesome.

January 16, 2009 at 9:45 amWhy don’t you go Photoshop the sunglasses and send the new pic to them?
HAHAHAHAHAHA :)

January 16, 2009 at 11:31 amWhile I totally understand about the glasses thing, you should be in my shoes. The curse of the chubby cheeks makes the darm things nearly impossible to buy. So infuriating.

January 16, 2009 at 3:51 pmThat is why I can’t wear big sunglasses. Because that happens to me and it irritates me too. (See my Xmas card photo this past year.)

January 16, 2009 at 7:35 pmSo, yesterday when you wrote this in your 75 degree weather, the wind chill factor here in sunny Cedar Rapids, Iowa was -52. 52 degrees BELOW. ZERO. Holy hell… it’s cold out.
