1. Kids try dark chocolate for the first time. THE HORROR.

2. You must know about the new emojis by now, right? I was just a tad bit excited about certain additions.

3. Have you read Pema Chodron’s When Things Fall Apart? So much wisdom…that book is never far from me.

4. This is EXACTLY how I teach my yoga classes. It’s uncanny, really.

5. I am truly thankful for my new studio because I struggled with several of these work-at-home issues.

6. Hillary Clinton is down with yoga. Like that lady.

7. An average Saturday morning. With and without kids.

8. Fall is definitely here…what are our feelings on infinity scarves? You know how much I love scarves, but I’ve never worn that style. This one is cute.

    I actually had a moment where I was flabbergasted to hear that you had never worn an infinity scarf and then I gave my silly little Canadian head a shake and remembered that in California (and possibly where you are now? I am not super familiar with the weather in all of the States) that you would have less of a need for almost every type of scarf than your counterparts to the north. I’m from Winnipeg, which is most annoyingly referred to as Winterpeg by most other folks up here and we are exceptionally familiar with scarves during our winter months (we really do have very lovely and seasonal spring, summer and fall months) and I have to say that the infinity scarf is my absolute favorite. No fuss, no muss. Not to mention all regular scarves can easily be turned into faux infinity scarves by simply tying two of the ends together. It is life saving, really ;)
