January 4, 2019 at 12:40 pmI just got the Necessary Neutrals palette and it’s gorgeous. Despite being 48 years old, I know nothing about eyeshadow. Is there a general rule of thumb for which shades are for the lid, crease, and browbone? Please tell me there’s a rule….

January 4, 2019 at 12:55 pmI don’t follow any rules, but the midtones should work best at the crease, dark ones as a liner, and light ones as a browbone highlighter.
