Incoherent Rambling and a Dunkin Donut

About a month ago, I made a promise to some Very Important People that I would not come back from Blogher and write about all of the AMAZING and TALENTED women I met during the process like everyone else.

(Although, I did! They were really, really fantastic!) (And that doesn’t count because of the parentheses.)

Since I’m a lady of my word, you will have witness the AMAZING and TALENTED women over at my Flickr set.

My only regret was the lack of time spent with some of the lovelies. I’m looking at you Leah squared, Yvonne, Kris, Stacy, SJ, etc.- 5 minutes here and there was NOT enough.

Oh, and when I swallowed my tongue after the utterly radiant Holly complimented my gold shoes.

Instead, please direct your attention to my late-night rambling in the fabulous company of Heather (aka- The Girl Who Orders Vegetable Wraps From Dunkin Donuts) and Shana Banana. Bonus points for anyone who can decipher what I’m saying during the middle. Also, my bloodshot eyes and open-mouth chewing? Sweet Ass Jebus.

UPDATE: It seems as a retaliatory measure, Heather has posted a video of yours truly engaging in some shady dance moves. I am offering my public apology right now.

I’m with Shana on this one..

    AWESOME.

(I made the promise to myself about no “amazing and talented women” post after BlogHer. But yeah, still HAD to do it because hello…amazing AND talented women. But today, I blogged about classes and no nap time. So that makes up for my previous post. Right?)

Dunkin Donuts! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Did they have blueberry? So yum.

Looks like you guys did Chicago in style. Did you actually attend any of the events? Looks like you were having too much fun to do so. Yeehaw!

How did I EVAH forget how well you do the sprinkler and the shopping cart. Awe, I miss those days……

You people with your dance moves. My rusty sprinkler has been put to shame. My donut-eating skills might pass muster though.

It was great to meet you!

See, if I’d only be trailing Heather B. as I should have been, I could have witnessed this directly. That’s what I get for not following my instincts.

    TOO. FUNNY.

I had to watch the video again. Funnier the second (and third) time around. I like that Heather B says nothing other than a muffled HI. And you and G-Buns are talking sooooo slooooow. Fantastic!

Sounds like a ton of fun! Glad y’alls had a good time!

We need to form a dance troupe with Maliavale and do the sprinkler/shopping cart after many drinks, because I think the three of us are pros at that!

I’m saddened and somewhat angry at the universe that we didn’t get to spend more time together. And that during the time we did see each other, most of it consisted of me 1) staring at your gorgeosity, and 2) slicing my leg open on Barmore’s broken wine glass. Good times.

Let’s do it again in a month. Your place?

I’ve never met Heather, but the fact that she retaliated with a shopping cart vid….I feel as though we’re long, lost sisters!

Also, thank you Lini for giving Whoorl those classic moves. Love it.

You can change this anytime now….

    Really.

Or else I won’t speak to you. Not even tomorrow!
