Carolee’s Baby Project

Have you seen this project by pregnant photographer, Carolee Beckham? She is cleverly documenting the size of her growing baby by comparing to fruits and veggies in gorgeous film photos. So lovely!

To see all of the charming photos in her project, head over to Carolee’s blog.

This is an unrelated comment, but I just wanted to share how grateful I am to you- for inspiring me join a boot camp, despite that fact that I was toooooootally outta shape, and would have never considered this had I not read your post. When I read your post initially, I related so well to your discussion on ‘pre-boot camp’ weight/energy/fitness. And now, after having completed 2 weeks, and re-reading your post (I wrote a post of my own today, and shared that you were the one who inspired me!), I relate just as well with your ‘post-boot camp’ discussion on how it has made such a positive impact.

So, from the bottom of my heart- thank you, thank you, and Thank You. =)

I SO wish I had done this with Baby Claire!!!! I will have to tell sister #2 to start! She is now 8 weeks along. Great idea. I’ll post on it for her to give her a place to journal about it.

Love it! Thanks again for such great ideas. I started the pic a day yesterday and I am so excited about pulling that together monthly.

Hope you are well….still sending positive thoughts to you and your family. xo to Maddie

I love this! I’ve always thought the baby center fruit analogies were a little silly, but these photographs illustrate the comparison beautifully. They are so striking — I can’t wait to see more!
