Have You Happied a Face Yet?

Not trying to toot my own horn over here, but I do believe these faces are pretty dang happy.

These California born and bred kiddos didn’t know WHAT to do with themselves when they witnessed the first snow of the season on Sunday. In fact, not only did they enjoy the snow, but they both experienced their first school snow day yesterday. Happy faces, indeed! Wito was beside himself. “You mean we get to STAY HOME just because it snowed?” Yes, my son, welcome to seasons.

I’m pretty sure they had a fantastic day.

Shari’s Berries‘ #happyAface campaign is still going strong, giving away tons of chocolate-covered strawberries and treats to those who hashtag #happyAface on their social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Vine) posts. Seriously, my local friends, what have you got to lose? We all love to see smiling faces online, so why not be surprised with some treats for spreading the joy and cheer? (Shari’s Berries will be drawing names of fellow Okies that use the hashtag, and are planning to giveaway 25 gifts a week. And pssst – I’m fairly sure you have a really good chance of winning…)

I’ve seen some very happy faces over the past few weeks, but would love to see more.

p.s. – The chocolate-covered strawberries are insanely delicious, in case you were wondering.

So join the movement and post pictures of what makes you happy using the hashtag #happyAface. What say you, Oklahoma Citians? Are you in? You deserve a treat, I say.

No school after only an inch or two of snow? I assumed Oklahoma to be a bit more hearty than that.

The snow wasn’t the problem – the ridiculously icy streets were.
