Dapper Duds

We are Oklahoma bound tomorrow morning, as D’s sister is getting married this weekend. One thing that always gets me excited about weddings is dressing Wito. Sure, dressing little Wita is fun, but girls are SO. MUCH. EASIER when it comes to getting dressed. Little girls have millions of dresses to choose from, so I find the real challenge is dressing the young man in your life.

Here’s what Wito will be sporting this weekend. I can’t wait to see my little man looking as dapper as ever.

Navy Blazer, Nordstrom (On sale right now!)
Striped Bow Tie, Sharp Dressed Little Man on Etsy
White Oxford Shirt, The Children’s Place (I got Wito’s at H&M for 10 bucks last year.)
Sperry Suede Bucks, Endless
Plaque Belt, J. Crew
Seersucker Pants, J. Crew (Got these for 30% the sale price last week. Score.)

We just picked that blazer up this weekend. There is something about a five year old in a navy blazer that is too cute!

Cuteness! I agree, dressing up my son is more fun for me, too! Happy travels!

You could dress him in a sack and he’d still outshine everyone else!

Adorable! I only have the girls — and I agree, getting them from zero to cute is pretty effortless. But little boys… You could get bowties! Jaunty caps! little wingtips! So fun.

Is it okay to say ‘freaking cute’ on a mom blog? uh-oh…

It was a nice blog. I agree, getting them from zero to cute is pretty effortless. But little boys… You could get bowties! Thanks that you’ve shared.

Wow! Love it! I have a terrible time justifying pieces of children’s clothing that won’t be worn much, especially when they are on the higher price side. So, I really like seeing sale pieces and overall good deals.

My 13 year old would kill for this outfit. Your dude is dapper indeed.
Sadly, when my 13 year old dresses like this, the guys at school call him gay. It makes me so proud that he doesn’t care. He says that the girls like it and that’s what matters.
