So he’s the confident one now? “I’ll show you Mommy”
What he hasn’t yet realized is that you are the one who’s gonna be in control of the sugar, the chocolate and the lollies when he grows up. If he knew he’d be more cooperative. If I had know, I would have been way more cooperative back in the day. ;)

Ah yes… as I say to my friends (and often remind MYSELF even after having two babies)…
EVERYDAY IS A NEW DAY!
They tease us so…
But what your little guy did those nights is a step in the right direction. A sign of things to come. Consistently!
That’s why babies are made to be cute… because you’d never put up with that crap if they weren’t. :-)
Every baby is different. My first one slept through the night (10pm to 7am) after two weeks. My second child didn’t sleep through the night until she was SEVEN. Here’s to hoping that Anders is like baby #1. Woo-hoo!
Look at the defiance on that adorable face :P He’ll figure it out soon enough. I sometimes miss my babes in the middle of the night. Soon you’ll be missing your babe too…

Yay! You’ve emerged on the other end it seems. Six weeks seems to be the magical number. I’ll look forward to that as I head in to night #2 with Hank. They send us home tomorrow morning. Don’t these nurses know I’m not ready??!! I like this catering to me business. Less than 12 hours of it left.
I think I’ve seen a similar look on your face before…mainly when your fantasty football team loses or when the boots you want from J.Crew are on backorder.
But what I love most is how incredibly comfy and kicked back he looks. Adorable, even when waking up his mommy.
