1. I’ve been a fan of Elana Miller of Zen Psychiatry for quite some time. (Two of my favorite articles by Elana are here and here.) She recently was diagnosed with cancer, and I couldn’t believe my eyes when she just announced being in remission! She kicked some serious cancer ass, you guys. So happy for her.

2. Someone’s on a hunt for a new organic green tea. I got some great comments on the Facebook page, but do you have anything to add to the list?

3. Obsessed with Gabrielle Bernstein’s new series, Women We Dig. You should check it out.

4. I’ve written several posts for P&G Beauty recently. 3 updos to complement the little white dress. Hair rehab: how to fix damaged hair. Black tie hairdos made easy. 5 secrets for adding rockstar volume to hair.

5. Are you still watching Downton? I am…BARELY. Here’s our recap of Episode 5.

6. This, you guys. The ultimate pep talk.

7. OH! Don’t forget to enter this giveaway! Even if you don’t have a yoga “love story” yet, you can still enter…just tell us why you want to start! (Also, the comments so far are pretty damn awesome.)

Somehow I missed Elana Miller’s story. I am thrilled to read of her remission and hope it continues for years and years to come. Thank you for introducing me to her site!

Downton: Disappointing for sure. It really does flow like a soap opera now, where we just plod along from one incident to the next without any narrative finesse. It’s getting so disappointingly boring. In any case, I think the maitre d’ at the restaurant could tell Bates and Anna were working class by their accent. Clothing too, but I think in that time period, accent is everything.

I can’t believe Mosely is still a storyline! Ugh enough already!!

I sure would love Mary and Tom to be together and they set that up nicely when Tom made that comment about a finding another earl’s daughter. (OMG just had a horrid thought: what if Gregson is dead or ran off [more likely with her luck], and Tom and Edith get married because of the baby?! Horrible!) Mary does need to have a fling before she can settle down again and Blake seems like the perfect candidate. Hot and heavy, and then maybe she can have a chance with Tom.

Thanks for mentioning Zen Psychiatry. I had never heard of her blog. What an incredible woman! Also, best tea (for me) is Clipper. It’s organic and they have a big range. My favourite is Green Tea with Echinacea – tastes good and boost immunity. Win/win!
