Maaaan, I grew my hair out all summer and then you post this picture!
So I printed it out and took it to my stylist the same day. And now I have this cut, except for the bangs.
My husband says women grow out our hair just so we can cut it off, and we cut it just so we can grow it. I’m pretty sure he thinks it’s a conspiracy to give us fodder for complaining…

Haha, @Danielle, I did the same thing! I printed it out and brought it in to an untested stylist. She understood the magic of the picture. Now I have the best cut of my life and a new stylist! (I’ve tried four since moving here a year ago…)

Joanna! I bet you rock the cut much better than I do, what with my double chin and all. I went to a new stylist too! (I can’t seem to find one who doesn’t chop my hair off everytime…) This new stylist gave me this cut, pretty much, but she made the overall angle different from front to back. I didn’t notice it the day she cut it because she styled it well. It’s too short for my liking. (As usual!) I blogged about it yesterday!
Is your cut longer than chin length all over?
I love this picture. Maybe the NEXT stylist will get it right! :)

@Danielle – This is the first bob I’ve had where the stylist didn’t cut it too short! I think that’s why I’m so happy with it. The overall length of mine is between my chin and shoulders and it’s angled up just a little bit in the back with some layering all over. My hair is more curly (and messy) than the picture. Having been through it before, I’d say a positive thing about getting it cut too short is that a bob usually grows out pretty well. In six weeks it may be exactly how you want it!
Nice style. What face shape will the style suit the most? I have a square face and I’m thinking this will look very flattering.
