My New Undereye Concealer Crush

Oh, you all. I am loving Benefit’s Boi-Ing Concealer (in Light), and I must shout it from the rooftops. Before buying it a couple of weeks ago, I would have NEVER thought I would be a fan of this product. Why?

1. I hate makeup in pots.

2. I was perfectly happy with my Amazing Concealer in Light Golden, except for the fact that it was a smidge too yellow for my cooler complexion.

3. I haven’t had much luck with Benefit’s products in the past.

4. By first glance, the consistency looked too dry to blend well on my skin.

5. It only costs $18! Considering I was paying $42 for the Amazing Concealer, how could this product be absolutely fantastic at $18? You all know how much concealers cost these days….

Anyway, I bought it. Knowing that I could return it to Sephora if I didn’t like it.

AND I LOVE IT.

Seriously, it blends beautifully. The consistency isn’t too creamy, which means not having to deal with getting it underneath your fingernail when you dab your finger across the surface. (Like hell if I am going to use a concealer brush. Too lazy, peeps.) Perfect coverage, light as air, bye-bye dark circles. And I think we ALL know who is going to be sporting some seriously dark circles come next month when my little girl arrives…

Check it out. Let me know what you think. Kisses!

We have similar taste in eyewear. My Sephora was out of Amazing so I went with Make-Up Forever’s version. I have to say…I’ve been pretty happy with it but my eye could wander. I was coming off a frustrating experience wherein many people recommended Laura Mercier to me but it wore off in a matter of hours and was so expensive for something that just didn’t do enough for me. I could see the bottom of the container in a matter of weeks. Benefit’s concealer in the past just hasn’t lasted for me. I’m looking forward to trying the new stuff. So far nothing has compared to my beloved pot of Kevyn Aucoin.

And it lasts forever! I’ve had my pot for almost 2 years (gross, I know, but it just keeps lasting!). For that price, coverage and going on 2 years, you can’t get a better deal!

It’s amazing. I ditched my Bobbi Brown concealer and headed back to this one!

This is the only concealer I use……..I use the medium shade and love it! I’m running low so I have to go get a backup soon:)

I use Benefit concealer under my eyes, and Benefit eyebrow gel. Love them.

definitely gonna have to try this. the erase paste did NOT work on my skin tone but i am dying for a concealer that is creamy and hides bags without being cake or gross by the end of the day. i’m a cool tone, too, so i’m almost sold already. :)

I have both the light and the medium ones – you can use the light in the winter, medium in the summer and blend them when you’re in-between-ish! :) Truly the best concealer I’ve ever used. Great consistency for under eyes as well as blemishes.

I’ve just started using Benefit’s Erase Paste. Is this better coverage than that? I get good color match with the EP, but it does wear off pretty quickly.

Ahhh I love love love Bo-oing! I love how it is immediately dry. I’m a convert from Christian Dior UpLifting Concealer and after being used to spending $40 a bottle (which would only last a few months) to the same pot of bo-oing for almost (don’t judge me!) a year, LOVE IT!

I’ve been using this for years and will be CRUSHED if they stop making it for some reason. Like Kristen says, it does last for a looong time; but I’m so paranoid, that when I start getting an empty spot in the middle, I run out and buy another pot.
