Award season makes me dizzy. Frankly, I can’t keep them all separated in my pregnancy-induced pea-sized brain. So um, yeah. Another awards show. Good hair. Bad hair.
Who do you think looked the best? Though not usually a fan of Penelope Cruz’s highlights, I though her current ones looked gorgeous. Like honey, baby.

January 25, 2010 at 11:31 amI love all the women with the long wavy dark hair. I wish I could get mine to do that bed head wave thing without 30 or more minutes in front of the mirror! I still don’t care for Penelope’s highlights though…and I have to say that I always adore Drew Barrymore, even if she goes a little too far sometimes. She is just so adorable.

The highlights just seem to get too light and too numerous over time so that it changes the overall effect (Jennifer Lopez). But Penelope does look good in the above pic. I think Mariska always looks beautiful. And Kyra Sedgewick always has great hair. I loved Drew Barrymore with her auburn hair. I’m not feeling the blonde on her.

January 25, 2010 at 3:04 pmI’m digging Edie Falco’s hair…the color’s great, but the styling is fantastic. Edgy but appropriate. (I feel like a pompous jerk for saying “appropriate.”)
I like how she kept the jewels to a minimum – just earrings, but she’s not looking weighed down with them. Beautiful without being all overdone. Gorgeous. Oh, I hope I carry myself half as well when I catch up to her age.
