In terms of pants, Puma actually makes a bunch that I adore. As for the sports bra, I have a bunch of different kinds, since wearing the same kind all the time tends to...well, something -- mixing it up just feels better somehow.

The BEST pants in the whole wide world to run in are made by prana. I wear the asana, but the newer elise would do just as well. Here's the main thing - they don't chafe. Before my son was born, I used to train and run halfs, so chafe on your inner legs can be bummer. Even now, when I'm only out for a 3 or 4 mile run, I choose these over shorts any day. The fabric is a dream. You can find them at REI or on the website.

Cheers!

I have a running blog too! I have 26.2 miles to run in April and I need to be accountable to SOMEONE during my training! Better the entire blogosphere than no one at all.

For gear: I am a HUGE Saucony sneaker fan and a great admirer of all things Lululemon. They are aerodynamic, sweat-wicking, devastatingly flattering and utterly chic.

It helps to look good when you're hacking up a lung. Distracts the curious onlookers ...
