I’m officially out of energy. My parents get here in two days, my last scheduled OB appointment is in a few hours and my due date is this Saturday. I had given birth to Wito at this point in my last pregnancy, so I was spared the discomfort of the 40th week.

That’s all I’ve got. Hopefully happy news is around the corner!

June 21st, 2010 1:55 pmAs someone who has seen 41 weeks in both of my pregnancies, I can SO relate. In fact, a month ago I was walking out of my doctor’s office in tears when he told me that he would have to wait until my due date passed before he could/would induce me. I get it.
I’ve just typed and deleted ten different things about it being SOON and hanging in there and enjoying the last little bit, but it was all hollow. But really, it will be soon!

June 22nd, 2010 1:11 pmAs an impatient person, pregnancy sucked for me. I had my own health issues too but I hated the fact that it took 10 months to grow a baby. And then I hated even more the final weeks of waiting were the new being kicking the snot out of my ribs was safe to come out but hadn’t decided to vacate the property yet. I feel for ya!
Hopefully the next time I stop by there will be news of babies and photos to oogle at!

I went 4 days past my due date…WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! No one should have to go through that without some comfort food from some stranger on the internet.
