Or, if you need a quick, light read, find a copy of Ms. Pettigrew Lives for a Day, even if you've seen the movie. The book is so sweet. BANGS! I love them. I also cut them myself (a week after the stylist refused to do it for me). East London should be the mecca of the Blunt Bangs Brigade. I've never seen so many fringed ladies in my entire life. As for books, two of my fav are Fall On Your Knees by Anne-Marie MacDonald (dark, but I was unable to put it down) and The Girls by Lori Lansens.
