It’s no secret that I’m an organizational freak. I love rearranging and purging items, making lists, and making lists within lists…essentially compartmentalizing my entire existence, you see. If I find something that feeds my organizational frenzy AND is totally stylish, I’m so in.
Enter Truffle.
You guys, these pouches are so perfect. How many of you go digging in the depths of your handbag for your keys/iphone/lip gloss on a daily basis? I do. ALL THE TIME. Especially when it comes to three things – my lip glosses (I carry about 5-6 at a time…I have issues), my pens, and my bribery iPhone. What’s a bribery iPhone, you ask? Oh, it’s an old iPhone filled with kids’ apps that I dangle in front of their faces like a delicious treat when I need them to take it down a notch. I love that peacock blue. I’ve been using a pouch in my purse for years to hold: tissues, sanitizer, lotion, mints, lipgloss, powder, bottle of OTCs, a small notepad and a pen. It’s now falling apart and a new one would be fabulous.

Oh, I LOVE an organized purse! I’ve used the pouch trick in the past, but don’t really like having to unzip another bag inside my purse. Right now I’m using a purse organizer I found on Etsy. It’s sort of like a Kangaroo Keeper, but with stiff sides so it doesn’t slump in my bag. Lots of pockets and good quality fabric keep all my stuff easy to find, and when I want to switch bags all I have to do is move the organizer to another purse.
