Contacts and glasses aren’t supposed to make your eyeballs feel drunk? Well, crap! I haven’t worn glasses in so long and my eyes had gotten pretty bad, so things have been a little trippy since I got the specs. I assumed that was normal. Oops!
We were fortunate enough to see Dave Brubeck in concert last year; what an amazing show.
Thankful that I don’t have to wear contacts, I hate touching my eyes!

As for the contacts, after trying every pair known to man, the ones that worked best for me were Ciba Air Optix. (They are monthlies.)
And the TJ’s Snickerdoodle dough is to die for. Seriously.
I’ve had two Lasik surgeries. TWO! And, I still can’t see. But, after the surgeries I can’t even wear contacts because my eyes are so dry, and putting contacts on dry eyes is pretty much just like walking around with sand, and eyelashes, and gravel in your eyes. Believe it or not, I’m still glad I got the surgery. I can, at least, take the kids to the pool and not lose them in a blur.
