It’s Official

Unless colleagues would like to sneak a peek at my skin-colored seamless bra, the non-maternity shirts will now be packed away for the remainder of this pregnancy.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I must find something else to wear to work.

  1. I think that was one of my favorite times about our pregnancy – when my wife finally had to wear maternity clothes. I guess it was one step towards the reality that we were acutally having a baby!

  2. Yes… this is indeed a time to celebrate. The time to be depressed is when you can’t fit back into your regular clothes AFTER the baby is born.

  3. awww you sweet little thing in your pink stripey shirt. :) You look amazing.

  4. You should be proud! You made it longer than most women do.

  5. Does that mean a shopping trip? That could be fun.

  6. I hate to admit it but I’ve already spent about $1500 on maternity clothes.

Don’t judge me. It was very necessary. ;)

  7. what?

  8. I’M DONE PURCHASING, I SWEAR! I had to buy a work wardrobe AND a play wardrobe.

And really, the three pairs of jeans I bought were one-third of the total. I might be pregnant, but I refuse to wear fugly jeans. REFUSE.

  9. You are a vision of what every pregnant woman longs to look like! For as far along as you are, you are TINY and looking amazing. I guess when you’re thin and beautiful prior to pregnancy, it’s easier to maintain. If only we could all be so lucky. I am already feeling like a blimp and I’ve still got 3.5 more months to go!! :)

  10. Congrats on making the leap! There comes a time when you are pregnant that you have to let it go and just wear the maternity clothes. Be thankful you are in California where they are much more plentiful than a lot of other places :)

  11. Ditto everybody – looking HOT, mama!

I wore my black suit for the last time one week ago, and I am a mere 11 weeks. The suit left me with a very severe red mark on my bikini line. sick and wrong. Your maternity clothes are going to look like sherbet on you – clean, sweet, and smooth.

  12. I’m sensing judgement…

  13. whoorl if you got that money to spend, spend it! cuz lord knows a pregnant lady needs to look goooood when her belly is getting bigger and bigger. yeah for you! yeah for new clothes!

the pink stripey shirt? so cute. how hot are you?!

    ;) sizz
