Tone Your Body at Home

This week’s SJ Show episode is about getting that post-baby body back in gear with a quick routine you can do at home. Larysa Didio was such an awesome guest – and trust me, I was a little leery because you all know how much I worship my Pilates trainer, Erica Ziel. Sadly, we couldn’t fly Erica out for the episode, but Larysa totally won me over. Love her!

(Speaking of Erica, though, I was just commenting on my obsession with the summer Olympics, specifically all of the swimmer’s upper bodies, and she agreed to do a quick video workout with me focusing on arms and shoulders. We are filming it on the beach tomorrow, so stay tuned for that video soon. I love me some toned arms, people. Sexay.)

    I can’t wait to see the arms episode! I’m all about working out at home whenever I can. It just feels like it takes less effort and can be done at any time.
