New Wayfarer

Ray-Ban New Wayfarer, $108

I’m not in the market for a new pair of sunglasses, I swear. It’s just that I arrived 30 minutes early (SHOCKER) for my eye appointment yesterday afternoon and was forced to try on frames. Forced, I say!

The original Wayfarers don’t look so great on me, but the ‘new’ style was super fun. Look, I even took an incognito burrito photo as evidence! Now, I shall stare at that photo with enormous longing until April 10th.

I would buy these…except my sunglasses always end us scratched/dropped/LOST.

I buy mine at Winners (Canada’s Ross Dress For Less)

(They could have picked a better name than “Winners” dontcha think?)

I am super jealous of your perfect, wavy hair. No frizz! How do you do it? What product are you using? Are you letting it dry naturally? Please share!

Thank you! I use a dollop of Aveda Be Curly and let it air dry. (I also blow dry my bangs beforehand.)

Those look fab on you — and I love the tortoiseshell.

There was always something about how the old Wayfarers sat on my nose that I knew I’d be constantly annoyed by… maybe this new design is worth trying out?

Sweet sunnies. I would be a CRIME not to buy them. Obama would want you to buy them.
