Whoorlito Update – Week 23

I just returned from my ultrasound where Whoorlito put on quite a show for his mom and dad. Playing air drums, kicking his legs and displaying quite a large scrotum for all the world to see. As my father, the illustrious Bishop Stu Tu commented, “That kid is HUNG!”

But I was most excited to learn that my Placenta Previa has appeared to correct itself. Which means no more restrictions for me! No more exercise-bans, no more pelvic rest (D is jumping for joy) and most importantly, no more worries for my upcoming 2-week trip to Santa Fe, Oklahoma City and Dallas.

Talk about some weight lifted off my shoulders…

Here are the newest ultrasounds for your viewing pleasure.

Will you look at the cute nose?

He was seriously air-drumming at this point. Little arms flailing about with great vigor.

It’s Scrotum City, Sweetheart.

Yay for a healthy and active Whoorlito! I loved, loved, loved going to ultrasounds. The profile shots are so awesome… and that IS a cute little nose. :)

Bethany, my thoughts exactly. Apparently, my boy has quite the sack.

Did I really just type that?

Damn. That’s quite the cute nose. And would you look at that sac! That will be good for kissing (the nose, not the sac). Oh God. I’m going to go now. I promise I’m not some freak…

What a cutie! And I’m so glad you’re back to normal, well, normal for a pregnant lady! :)

Too cute. Glad to hear things are all okay. Pelvic rest is something my husband dreads about me getting pregnant. That and the crying, because I already cry at the drop of a hat now, so I can be sure it will be way worse when I’m pregnant.

Good news on all fronts, hey? A huge baby sac, time to put an end to pelvic rest, and no placenta previa! Glad to hear all is well.
